Ya knew it hadda happen eventually. This morning woke to torrential rain and a cooler feeling in the air at 5am. We need the rain though, it has been very dry here for the past few weeks, with grass fires this weekend in the city and fire evacuations west of us in Frontenac. Hopefully the rain will quench that!
Temperature trend is definitely on the way down over the next few days as we head towards Halloween. Hopefully not too low for the wee witches and goblins.
Ach well, time to bundle up, new gloves purchased, several stages of jackets (light > medium > parka > hell freezes over parka) cleaned and ready. Just need to find my mukluks… 😛
